Jackie, 49, with an adult child living with her while going to school. Unemployed, seeking work. She receives food stamps. No other public assistance. She has exhausted her savings.

Margaret, Christian single mom with a 7 year-old child. She has been out of work for a year. Looking for work. Her only income is babysitting and some child support. She also volunteers some. She does not have a car. She has a chronic medical condition. She receives food stamps and rent assistance.

Dan, 59, divorced Christian who is caretaker for his 83 year-old mother, who has dementia. He was recently laid off and has filed for unemployment. No income, and no public assistance of any kind. He recently had a car accident. He has not gotten a rental car nor gotten his car fixed by the other driver’s insurance company. No transportation.

Needs: OG&E- $157 due now. Total due- $293

Gilbert, 56, Christian, lives alone. He is disabled and in a wheelchair. He has a personal assistant who helps him. He pays her some. He receives some food stamps and rent assistance. Very low income.

Needs: ONG- $97. Water- $120

Cindy, 54, Christian, with her disabled neice living with her. Cindy receives Social Security disability due to a chronic medical condition. Her neice has applied for disability. They receive some food stamps. Very low income.

Linda, 29, lives alone. Recently laid off from a good paying job. She is working again, but making much less money. Her expenses exceed her income.

Darla, 37, single mom with four kids ages 19 to 7. She works full time. She receives no child support nor any kind of public assistance . Her grandmother recently passed away, and she had to pay the funeral expenses.

Barbara, 73, Christian, lives alone. She receives Social Security. No other income or public assistance. She is having surgery soon and wants to get her bills paid before her surgery.

Jerry, 49, and his wife and teenaged grandchild living with him. Both Jerry and is wife work. They receive no public assistance of any kind. His wallet was stolen. Their rent money was in his wallet. They cannot pay their rent.

Needs: $325 rent for first half of January. $650 total for January.

Tony, 56, divorced Christian, lives alone. He was recently homless. He receives food stamps and rent assistance. No income.
